除尘机采用静电离子风与负压抽真空相结合的方式去除载带表面灰尘。静电离子风产生离子中和载带表面静电，加之可调大小气压去除载带表面灰尘，同时负压真空抽走去除的灰尘，统一收集到粉尘过滤器中。后面增加粘灰轮使载带上下表面再次清洁。最后达到载带表面干净无静电。便于上带封合。走带采用可调速电机带动，可根据载带生产速度调节至匀速运行。适用于载带12mm一出一至一出四,16mm一出一至一出四，24mm一出一至一出三等各种带宽。
