3. 后端收料由传感器检测进行收卷；
4. 分条机主加工件经高温淬火、内、外圆磨及平面磨加工处理，精度高使用寿命长。
5.采用高端钨钢刀具，耐磨损寿命长。分条带宽均匀无毛刺。分条速度快慢可调，宽度调节可精确到正负0.02MM
6.操作简单方便。便于移动，对于有缩水载带可定制专用导向板

The standard model can cut a12MM,16MM,24MM, 32MM dualcarrier belt; Customized models can be divided into three or four12MM,16MM and 24MM carrier belts;

The front end is cut by the material belt detected by the sensor.which does not affect the belt forming;

The rear end reeling is detected by the sensor;

The main parts of the slitting machine are processed by hightemperature quenching,internal and exteral grinding and planegrinding, with high precision and long service life;

High end tungsten steel cutter is used, with long wear resistancelife. The strip width shall be uniform without burrs. The slittingspeed can be adjusted, and the width can be adjusted accurately toplus or minus 0.02MM;

It is easy to operate and move, and special guide plate can becustomized for shrink carrier belt.
