载带成型机（第六代高配型）（冲压导套式冲压机型）主要优势体现在成型部分，设计采用了更精密的冲压导套结构（不同于标配和中配机型的柱式结构）以及更精密的研磨硬钢材质配件（S136）组装而成，使其在生产中更稳定更精密，屏弃传统的推杆压模成型技术生产，传统的直线轴承动态，主要有点体现在移动尺寸更高（±0.05mm～±0.08mm）窄边窄中墙的反吹成型电子元件载带以及高难度反吹载带产品，例如；半导体芯片载带、苹果小五金载带、手机天线弹片载带，连接器等，传统的推杆技术会有如下的缺陷；

1. 推杆生产中，推杆动作会轻微的向四周偏移.导致模具每一次动作前后都不能高度的统一在一个位置点，导致生产中尺寸浮动大，无法达到高精度的载带要求（移动尺寸达到±0.05mm～±0.08mm的要求）

2. 推杆技术在生产反吹或在多条反吹受设计缺陷影响（模具限制导致尺寸位置无法加大），无法采用特殊型号气缸（大力滑台气缸），在生产当中会有缺力推不动或迟缓动作的现象，故影响载带的成型硬度及尺寸精度，更无法批量生产出窄边窄中墙的极限载带，例如；半导体的TO252、SOP系列等类似的载带，第六代高配机型专为解决移动尺寸要求高（±0.05mm～±0.08mm）、反吹硬度要求好，窄边窄中墙的极限载带设计而生产的一款专用机型，冲孔部分同样采用了中配型冲孔机构的优质设计（伺服冲孔）
